Problem
In the previous article, I've showed you how to enable a sort + filter on a treestore by using GtkTreeModelSort on top of GtkTreeModelFilter.
Just want to show you that you can also achieve the same effect by using GtkTreeModelFilter on top of GtkTreeModelSort as shown below:
Solution
- We make use of the same techniques from the previous example, except that we reverse the order.
- We first create the GtkTreeModelSort from the base model, GtkTreeStore.
- Then we create the GtkTreeModelFilter on top of each GtkTreeModelSort.
