Problem Suppose your application utilizes GtkTreeView, and you would like to allow the user to set the font size of the row contents as shown below:
Solution
- It's easy to set the font size during the setup of the treeview by setting the property of GtkCellrenderer::font()
- If you wish to change the font-size after the treeview has been set up, and you only set property GtkCellrenderer::font(), you will find that the font size is not changed at all!
- The "trick" is to call the method GtkTreeView::queue_draw() so that the treeview gets updated.

As you have probably noticed, just using GtkWidget::queue_draw() is not enough. For font size 12, you get:
