- Display a 2D array in a GtkTable as outlined in How to display a 2D array in table - Part 1?
- Instead of attaching GtkLabel, use GtkVBox instead.

- Create the GtkLabel and stuff it inside the vbox. Note the use of
0, 0
to prevent any expansion or filling. - Create another empty GtkVbox and turn on expansion and filling so that it will "push" the label to the top.
