Problem

We have responded to double clicks in a treeview using button-press-event in Part 1.

As with many other things in php-gtk2, there are usually more many ways to accomplish the same thing. In this article, we present a second method to respond to double clicks in a treeview as shown below:

Solution

  • The signal row-activated is emitted when a row in treeview is double-clicked.

Explanation

  1. Register row-activated on the treeview.
  2. Get the row number.
