Hi,
No. This is a plugin. As the name suggests, a Joomla plugin is for use within a Joomla article.
Suppose you have a commonly use paragraph. You can store this in an article. Suppose the ID of this article is 123.
Then every time you need this paragraph, you can easily recall this by using the plugin with the tag
