Conflict with RSJoomla Form 1 Year, 8 Months ago Karma: 0
Hi, I have a form created thru RSJoomla and when I click on the Contact Us menu I get this error

Fatal error: Class 'ContentHelperRoute' not found in /data/3/0/120/110/120273/user/121870/htdocs/natuhtml/cms/plugins/content/include_content_item/include_content_item/include_content_item.lib.php on line 243

The form has nothing to do with this.

The site is drjoanne.ca and click on the Contact Us menu to see what I mean.

Thanks a lot for your help.

Tony Mina

Hi Tony,

1) Try to reorder the plugins such that the include_content_item plugin comes AFTER that of your RSJoomla plugin. e.g. if the order of the include_content_item plugin is 10, make the order of the RSJoomla plugin 8 or 9.

2) If (1) doesn't work, then try reorder the plugins such that the include_content_item plugin comes BEFORE that of your RSJoomla plugin. e.g. if the order of the include_content_item plugin is 10, make the order of the RSJoomla plugin 11 or 12.

Please try (1) and (2) above and let me know if it works.

I tried to reorder and still it's the same result. If I disable the include content item the form works fine.

I have another site fanb.org and also using RSFORM with include content item and it's working. I compared both sites and both are using the same
Configuration.

Thanks.
