I'm running Joomla 2.5, the free version with the back link works but the paid for version with the removal of the 'powered by' link does not. Herewith explanation;

The paid for version;

1) Installs correctly
2) Shows the module

but does not;

3) Show the configuration panel when in the module
4) Does not convert the currency (I get spinning wheel but no conversion)

In the free version I have to change data retrieval method to : file_get_contents() to get it to work. The free version is displaying the control panel. Because the paid version is not displaying the control panel I cannot change the from the default retrieval method to the file_get_contents()

I suspect that once the control panel is displayed and I can change the default retrieval it will work.

Can you fix please.

Also, In the free version, when the conversion amount is returned the 'to currency' amount is highlighted which makes it unreadable, can this highlighting be changed? I don't want to use the CSS, I want the module to pick up from the template

Hi Gary,

Please unzip the zip file that you've downloaded. You should see 5 subfolders. It corresponds to the installer for eacch of the 5 joomla versions - Joomla 1.0, 1.5, 1.6, 1.7 and 2.5.

Please use the correct subfolder for your joomla version.

Or if you can tell me which Joomla version you're using, I can email the installer to you.

Please give it a try one more time and let me know if it works.

Would you mind elaborate a bit what do you mean by "pick up from the template"?

May I know what is "the thing" to be picked up?

And also from which template? If it's Joomla template, do you mean the css stylesheet? If it is the css stylesheet, then which style are you referring to to be used for the 'to currency' amount?

Thought css is the easiest to customize the font and foreground/background color. But if you can let me know what you have in mind, I will see what I can do.
