I found the remedy. I was using a Google partner-pub-id of a test Search engine I had in my Google Custom Search account. When I used my old trusted pub-id it fixed the issue. So my fix was to go to my Google Custom Search account and find a good partner-pub-id. Thanks. See it working now...Surfing Links
