Just one thing, well 2 actually.

1) how can I set up the module to accept the user input to the city details. Currently when you refresh page it reverts back to default.

2) can I get a copy of the wind in Km/h version.

1) Can you please elaborate more about the problem you're encountering? Please try the demo here.
You can enter the city name. Isn't this what you have in mind?

2) Will email you the km/h version later tonight.

When user enters a city it displays the city no problem. If my user wants to change city to his local city (permanently) it will change for that session but then default back to original city on next visit.
In other words user cannot set their city and the module remember their choice. Is there a fix for this. Thanks!

Imagine you have 1 million users accessing your website. You have to keep track of the preference for all these 1 million users.

The current googleWeather module only allow you to set a default city, which is stored in your joomla server.

If you really want to do what you have in mind, you have to modify the codes yourself. There are 2 ways you can do this:

1) You can store the preference of all the 1 million users at your server end.

2) You can store the preference of the users at the client end by using cookies. However, there are some users that do not allow you to set cookies on their computer. So this method will not work for these users.
