problem / rendering for some modules 3 Years, 3 Months ago Karma: 0
Hello,

i'm a french webmaster so thank's forgive me my poor english

my joomla install is:

- joomla 1.5.15
- mysql 4.1.22
- php 5.2.6

plugin "loadmodule for section" install & activated

hack of files like "view.html.php" as suggested

plugin content loadmodule activated & style table-colonne

When i load a module like "banners module", that's perfect and fonctionning.

Ben when i load a slider or tab module, it's not really correct in the rendering. Even a module like "login" or "poll" are not really rendering as normal in others modules positions like "right" ou "left".

I've seen that's yours slider "php-gtk2 ebooks" is perfectly fonctionning...

How do you do? :)

Thank you for support

Hi,

1) Please try it on a fresh install of joomla and see if it works.

2) If (1) works, change the default joomla template to yours and see if it still works.

3) If (2) does't work, but (1) does, then it implies that it's your template causing the problem. You might want to tweak your template css file to make it work. Every template is different. So it's difficult for me to help you here.

Regards,
/kksou

hello again,

j've eventually found a solution, without change my template ou the template's CSS.

I've jut added a DIV code.

Now my section description is like this

<div>{loadposition advert1}</div>

and the slider module inside "advert1" becomme perfectly rendering.

See you, and thank's again for your jooomla extension
