I have one problem that I have tried to resolve without luck.

I have Coppermine Gallery bridged using the Medhi plugin with Joomla 1. And using the Joomlaspan Clicksafe module for showing my Google ads.

Google TOS states that only 1 Adlink block may be shown on the same page as the search results.

I can rectify this problem via the Joomla admin by not allowing the ad modules on the 'search' page. However, this procedure blocks all Google ads on all of my Coppermine Gallery pages even though the modules are set to show on them.

I have created new ad-blocks and solely published them on the gallery pages, but still they do not show up.

I have noticed there is an empty 'Parameters' box on the Component 'menu item' page. Are there any parameters that could be added here so that all ads are blocked when the result page is shown?

I have unpublished the component at the moment due to the breach of the Google TOS but hope to get this problem solved soon so that I can use this cool mod/component to its fullest.

Sorry I'm a bit confused.

You have mentioned a total of 5 plugins here: Coppermine Gallery, Medhi plugin, Joomlaspan Clicksafe and googleSearch module/component.

I'm not too sure what's the problem you're facing, and which module/plugin is causing the problem.

It would be great if you have a live page showing the actual problem.

As you mentioned I have the above extensions all working on my site. The googleSearch module component is working, but the problem is on the search result page that appears 'in site' after doing a search. The google ads that I have on my left and right columns appear as usual (this is a breach of the Adsense TOS as only 1 adlink block may be shown along with the search results'). I can remove the ads from the columns by deselecting them for the 'search results page' in the Joomla 'modules' administration, but even though they are selected to show on my gallery pages they do not show.

I just did a bit more testing and believe that the Mehdi Bridge between Joomla and Coppermine is the problem as even with the googleSearch mod/comp disabled I still have the problem with the ads not showing on the Coppermine pages even though they are selected to do so.

So, this means a way to stop the google ads from showing when the 'search results' page is created is needed. Maybe this could be achieved in the 'parameters' page for the googleSearch component menu item? (edit: I of course refer to the ads that are normally running on my site and not the Google ads that appear together with the search results)

Maybe a note on the download description reminding people to make sure that they remove any of their Google adds (apart from one adlink block) that appear with the search results page would be a good idea.

I can't really keep the search 'live' as this may endanger my Adsense account. I will keep a close eye on this thread and give as much assistance as possible though.
