Problem

You would like to enable rubber banding in a GtkTreeView for selecting multiple rows by draging the mouse as shown below:

Solution

  • To enable rubber banding, use this method (available in gtk+2.10 and above): GtkTreeView::set_rubber_banding(true)

Important Note: This only works for PHP-GTK2 compliled with gtk+ v2.10 and above.
