Fertility: The time with the highest likelihood of sexual intercourse leading to pregnancy. Ovulation: Presence of female mature egg that is capable of being fertilized. Conception Boy: Highest chance to get pregnant with a Boy. Conception Girl: Highest chance to get pregnant with a Girl.
