Hi,
You might want to be a bit more specific.
1) What kind of prompt is that? A form? A popup? An alert?
2) Do you need user to input any data?
3) If yes, what do you want to use the user-input data for? In your PHP program? To save to mysql? To redirect to another page?
4) Do you have the url of a site that has the kind of prompt similar to what you have in mind?
